| Check-In and Departure Check-in time is 3:00pm or later and check out is by 10:00am. Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100 processing fee), 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. Reservations Reservations are on a first come basis, and are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 3 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. |
