The ocean-front pool & the view! The beach is a great place to hang out. We have boogie boards, masks and snorkels, and plenty of beach towels.

	Living & Dining areas. The gas fireplace in the Living Room adds ambiance on a chilly evening or grey day. There's cable TV in the living room & bedrooms. We're Pet Friendly

The patio is a great place to take in the ocean views, listen to the surf, and watch the marine life, (whales, dolphins, seals), or entertain friends and family with a BBQ & the gas fire pit. (Smoking is allowed on the patio only.)
Rates October - May: $165/night. June - September & holidays: $195/night. 2 night minimum A security deposit of $250 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines, fees, or damages. A one-time cleaning fee per visit of $40 is collected. Stay a week & your 7th night is free! Check-In and Departure Check-in time is 3:00pm or later and check out is by 10:00am. Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $200 processing fee), 45 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. Reservations Reservations are on a first come basis. Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 45 days prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
