A View from the Deck

 There is a bar-b-que on the back patio and a washer/dryer in the garage. We just added a new patio table and umbrella on the back deck that seats 6. The entire unit has just been remodeled with new appliances.

 

The living room has cable, a TV and DVD player.

The villa is fully stocked with linens, towels, dishes, movies, (DVDs & VHS), as well as board games, cards, and more! The only thing you need to bring is your toiletries, groceries, and beach towels. Everything else is provided!

The two Bathrooms in Villa #109 have newly-installed granite counters and new sinks & fixtures.

The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker.

New granite counter-tops have just been installed.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, and cable TV.

The Third  Bedroom has two Twin beds, a TV and VHS player.

Rates:

High Season: June 15th to Sept. 14th

Sunday Thru' Thursday: $225. per night

Friday & Saturday, and holidays: $225. per night

Low Season: Sept. 15th to June 14th

Sunday Thru' Thursday: $160. per night

Friday & Saturday: $195. per night

Stay a week any time of year, and pay only $1,200.

$30. Cleaning fee required.
