This newly finished villa is located on the oceanfront

There are two
generous bedrooms (one oceanfront, one ocean view) and an oceanfront
great room with dramatic coastal vistas. The kitchen is fully
equipped with all amenities, excellent cutlery, and a well-stocked
kitchen. There is a washer and dryer which is a must for longer
stays.
Do not go all the way to the ocean only to
stay back off the beach. Stay right on the oceanfront. This property
is perfect for a romantic couple's getaway or a family vacation for
groups of up to seven people.
The resort is located on the famous and historic Calafia Point,
adjacent (walking) to the famous Calafia Restaurant, Nightclub, and
Hotel. With its cascading terraces, Spanish galleon replica, and
historic mission, it has been a landmark of northern Baja for over a
century.
The point is surrounded by several consistent, uncrowded surf breaks
(including Mushrooms, Popotla, and Calafia Point) and the new movie
making center of Fox Studios (famous for Titanic and Master and
Commander) is nearby. The large, white sand beach is perfect for
boogie boarding, romantic walks, and family outings.
Indulge yourself and relax with the mild, year-round climate, clean
air, fresh ocean breezes, and warm sunshine. You may choose private
walks, relaxing evening swims or the night life of Puerto Nuevo

The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no

Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50%
deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 3
weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.
